Thanks to Power Automate we can automate Forms forms and thanks to the Bookings application I hope that it will be easier for our organizations in Małopolska to book a date in our BIS calendar. We are certainly now % focused on changes within the organization and employee training but after some time the benefits will also spread outside. Employee training is behind us and ahead of us we are still in current problems when something doesn't work for someone and requires individual configuration it can be frustrating. I think our Phone Number List temporal assumptions about this change were too optimistic. It's definitely not a process where you buy licenses in days transfer the contents of e mail boxes to a new server and then conduct a few hours of training and everyone knows everything. For us it has been a month since purchasing the license and migrating the boxes and we are still learning. We still have to transfer resources to Share Point.
The challenge is that everyone has a different level of knowledge a different computer slower or faster and different habits. I am glad that TechSoup supports us on an ongoing basis here and that we have been in contact for several months on sometimes very operational matters. This is important to us because we do not have a permanent position and cannot afford to employ an IT person for the time being.
